Athletes will receive a camp t-shirt. Campers will learn fundamentals of Castle Hills Basketball from Coach Buck and varsity basketball players. Camp will run each day from 1:30pm-3:30pm.

As the parent or legal guardian of the child mentioned above, I agree to allow him or her to participate in the above mentioned athletic camp at the Christian School at Castle Hills. I also understand that by enrolling my child and signing this document I waive responsibility of the Christian School at Castle Hills, its employees, coaches, administrators, teachers, or representatives in the event of injury or death that occurs while participating in camp at the Christian School at Castle Hills.
